Manmeet Singh has joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas in the Delhi NCR office as an equity partner in the dispute resolution practice, and he brings along three partners Anugrah Robin Frey, Alok Shankar and Sairam Subramanian as well as their associates.

Singh was formerly a senior partner at Saraf and Partners, and he has also worked at Luthra and Luthra Law Offices.
He has managed complex, high-value commercial litigation, and domestic and international arbitrations — both ad hoc and institutional. Singh has represented a diverse range of clients including Indian conglomerates, private equity firms, strategic investors and financial institutions.
His area of expertise includes investment disputes and matters involving the infrastructure, energy, construction, and industrial sectors apart from domestic and international banks and financial institutions in a variety of contentious matters. He also deals with issues relating to the technology and fintech industries, securities litigation, regulatory investigations, and white-collar offences.
Frey, who will also be in the Delhi NCR office, brings more than 11 years of experience in advising and representing clients in commercial litigation, domestic and international arbitration, as well as insolvency-related disputes. He has expertise in handling disputes across the infrastructure, shareholder and technology sectors.
With more than 14 years of experience, Subramanian, who will be based in the Mumbai office, is an expert in civil and commercial litigation, domestic and international arbitration — both ad hoc and institutional — and insolvency matters. His expertise spans a wide range of disputes, including general commercial, shareholder and investor issues, infrastructure conflicts, and property-related matters.
Shankar, who is joining the Delhi NCR office, has 17 years of experience in managing commercial disputes before courts and tribunals across India. He has vast experience in dealing with regulatory disputes in the electricity, airports and broadcasting sectors, along with a strong emphasis on general commercial litigation.
