Kanga & Co is advising Shreni Shares and the bookrunning lead manager, Aryaman Financial Services, on the stockbroking firm’s proposed initial public offering of up to 15.1 milllion shares at a face value of INR10 apiece.
The offer comprises a fresh issue of up to 6.9 million shares and an offer for sale of up to 8.2 milion existing shares from promoters. Shreni Shares filed a draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on 4 March 2026.
Senior partner Chetan Thakkar led the transaction team, with the assistance of principal associate Tejal Patankar, and associates Rishi Mandavkar and Meghna Sharma.
