Karan Mitroo has joined JSA as an equity partner along with a team of 15 lawyers, including three partners Purvi Dabbiru, Kartikeya Dubey and Ankita Parasar.
Mitroo leads a banking, finance and project finance team, and is widely recognised as an authority in this sector. With more than 17 years of experience, he specialises in foreign and domestic debt financing in India.
His clientele spans a range of sectors, including renewables, roads, ports, steel, transmission, airports, hospitality, healthcare and real estate.
Mitroo has advised on a diverse array of transactions, including project finance, structured finance, corporate finance, restructurings, cross-border financings, debenture issuances and overseas direct investments.
