IndusLaw, DLA Piper, Skadden and Cleary Gottlieb worked on the sale of Indian group entities for an undisclosed amount as part of a larger deal involving French company Roquette Frères’ acquisition of IFF Pharma Solutions.
IndusLaw advised International Flavours & Fragrances, the parent of IFF Pharma Solutions, and its Indian entities on the India leg of the global sale to Roquette. The larger global deal was valued at more than USD2.5 billion.

IFF Pharma Solutions is a leading developer and manufacturer of pharmaceutical excipients and includes its Global Specialty Solutions business, which supports industrial and methylcellulose food applications.
Roquette, initially a French company, is a global leader in plant-based ingredients and pharmaceutical excipients, which operates across the health and nutrition sectors.
