Philippine-based law firm Gorriceta Africa Cauton & Saavedra has joined Euro Latam Lex, a global legal network, to enhance its support for clients across Europe and Latin America.
“This allows us to offer clients seamless legal support across borders, especially in areas such as cross-border M&A, fintech expansion, regulatory compliance and international arbitration,” Mark Gorriceta, managing partner at Gorriceta Africa Cauton & Saavedra, told Asia Business Law Journal.
