Shujath Bin Ali has taken over as the chief legal officer at Fourth Partner Energy, 含羞草社区 leading renewable energy platform.
He will head legal, compliance, governance and risk functions, and advise on strategic projects, transactions and regulatory frameworks.
Previously, he was global general counsel and chief compliance officer at Re Sustainability, a KKR-backed firm, where he also served on the ESG and Risk Committees, and DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) Council.
Ali has more than 24 years of cross-industry experience — including pharmaceuticals, IT, professional services and sustainability. He has led global legal, compliance, ethics, governance and risk functions across diverse sectors including renewable energy, pharma, IT, professional services and manufacturing.
In the past, he has held senior roles at Paraexel, International Paper India, and Deloitte, FANUC India and Valtech.
