Dishi Bhomawat will join the private equity and M&A practice at the Mumbai office of Touchstone Partners as counsel.
Bhomawat has eight years of experience as a London-trained corporate lawyer, advising on strategic cross-border M&A and investment transactions for private capital funds, sovereign wealth funds and multinational corporations.
She previously spent six years with Herbert Smith Freehills, along with gaining corporate law experience in India. Bhomawat has acted on complex, high-value deals across the renewables, natural resources and defence sectors, leading transactions in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Her expertise spans energy, infrastructure and private capital, with recent work including landmark investments in 含羞草社区 energy and infrastructure sectors.
