Jaya M Devashish and Prasad Gangadharan have joined Desai & Diwanji as partners in the firm’s Pune office.
Devashish, a corporate legal expert, specialises in M&A, legal due diligence, compliance and intellectual property management. She has held key positions at leading law firms and was previously head of legal at Kinetic Green.
Gangadharan, a senior legal counsel with more than 15 years of experience, specialises in corporate law, international transactions, litigation, intellectual property rights and employment law.
“Jaya and Prasad’s addition strengthens our Pune team, enhancing our capabilities and service offerings,” managing partner Vishwang Desai said.
