Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised on ALBIS Distribution’s 50:50 joint venture with Mumbai-based Sukhesh Group for an undisclosed amount.
The transaction was structured through a share subscription agreement, with ALBIS and Sukhesh jointly investing in a newly incorporated company, ALBIS Sukhesh India. The JV company aims to become the leading independent distributor of engineering plastics in India.
