Indonesian firm ADCO Law has bolstered its leadership with the appointment of Aditya Kesha Wijayanto as co-managing partner, effective 5 January 2026.

Together with senior partner Dendi Adisuryo, he will be responsible for ensuring that ADCO Law maintains its standing as one of Indonesia’s leading law firms.

Among Wijayanto’s top priorities for the foreseeable future are supporting clients across the region through the Alliott Global Alliance, integrating digital tools to enhance the delivery of legal services and nurturing the next generation of legal practitioners.

“Since our founding in 2008, we have focused on expanding our global network to support cross-border transactions and cases. By joining the Alliott Global Alliance, we actively collaborate with our foreign law firm colleagues in the region or across jurisdictions to provide seamless support for clients in complex international transactions and deals,” he told Asia Business Law Journal.

Wijayanto also acknowledged a new phase of industrial growth unfolding in Indonesia and across Asia, marked by a strong emphasis on sustainability and digital integration. Amid these sweeping changes, he admitted that infrastructure financing would need to evolve.

“In Indonesia, this shift is clear in renewable energy, data centres and, more recently, waste-to-energy projects expected to move forward in 2026. These projects are rarely financed through traditional project finance alone. Instead, they often combine green or sustainability-linked loans, participation from development finance institutions and corporate or government support to manage technology, regulatory and revenue risks,” he said.

“Across Asia, capital remains available, but it is more selective. Financing structures need to be flexible, transparent and capable of adapting to long-term sustainability and digital requirements.”

Wijayanto joined ADCO Law from Wiyono Partnership in 2023 and led the firm’s financing, securities and technology practice group. With decades of experience, he has advised on some of Indonesia’s biggest financing and infrastructure transactions, including bank syndications supporting the development of toll roads, power plants, industrial estates and plantations.

Wijayanto was recognised in The A-List: Indonesia’s Top Lawyers in both 2024 and 2025 by Asia Business Law Journal.
