Indonesia-based PSHP Law and Adrem Law Firm have announced a strategic merger, effective 8 January 2026.
Operating under the new identity of PSHP Adrem Law, the firm will be based in Jakarta and brings together four partners: Ellrico Parulian Situmorang, Dovy Brilliant Hanoto, Avinash Anil Panjabi and Nathaniel Mangunsong.
“Together, we can offer our clients an even more comprehensive suite of services spanning traditional industries and the digital economy,” said Situmorang, the managing partner of PSHP Adrem Law and head of its dispute practice.
The merger allows PSHP Law to retain its strengths in the energy, infrastructure, banking, aviation, hospitality, competition law and industrial sectors, while incorporating Adrem Law Firm’s expertise in the digital economy, including fintech, technology platforms, startups, data privacy and intellectual property.
PSHP Adrem Law will also advise both local and international clients on Indonesian legal matters, such as cross-border transactions and disputes.
