CAM, Luthra and Luthra act on USD863m Adani Hybrid loan

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India has advised the State Bank of India and a consortium of lenders on a INR71.63 billion (USD863 million) loan to Adani Hybrid Energy Jaisalmer Five.

Partner Girish Rawat and partner-designate Varun Chauhan led the Luthra team, with associates Radha Murali and Devyani Kukreti supporting the core transaction group. Senior associate Sakshi Mishra and associate Sayali Dodal assisted on due diligence matters.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advised Adani Hybrid Energy Jaisalmer Five on securing the loan from the State Bank of India, and its novatees and assignees.

CAM partners Amey Pathak and Yash Jain led the team, with essential support from senior associate Ayush Chowdhury and associate Gauransh Gaur.

The funds are intended to support the establishment of a 1,190MW (with installed capacity of 1,363MW) hybrid renewable energy project, incorporating both solar and wind power, in Gujarat, India.
