Wintell & Co expands its presence in Central China with the establishment of a new office in Wuhan.
Partner Liu Weijie will lead the Wuhan branch, which is the firm’s 16th office in the mainland. It houses 20 lawyers, including three partners, many of them are certified public accountants and tax advisers. The Wuhan team is particularly experienced in advising on the F+EPC business model (finance + engineering, procurement, and construction), construction and engineering.
The new branch also provides legal consultations on maritime, ESG, insurance, banking and finance, energy and natural resources, and tax planning matters.
Wintell & Co has been actively expanding this year, as it opened its first overseas offices in Singapore in October 2024.
