Job Description
An excellent opportunity for an experienced capital markets lawyer to join a leading global investment bank with operations worldwide based in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for supporting debt and equity capital markets transactions.
Job Requirements
- Dual qualifications in the US and Hong Kong with solid experience in US securities laws is essential.
- Relevant experience in a top-tier law firm or an in-house legal team at a Tier 1 investment bank is highly desirable.
- Strong organization, time management, and communication skills with fluency in spoken Mandarin and written Chinese are required. REF: 17085/VTA
