Shihui Partners hires dispute resolution specialist Zhao Baao who will be based in Beijing.
Zhao, hired as a partner, has a wealth of experience handling international commercial arbitration, civil and commercial litigation, as well as intellectual property cases.
He has represented clients in overseas arbitration centres such as the American Arbitration Association, the SCC Arbitration Institute and Singapore International Arbitration Centre. Zhao has dealt with disputes involving M&A, joint ventures, source code infringement, trade secret misappropriation and international sale of goods.
Before joining Shihui Partners, Zhao had worked for Hogan Lovells and Han Kun Law Offices.
