A well-known regional platform is looking to hire a senior to partner level US securities lawyer to support its business in Hong Kong. It is a great opportunity for senior lawyers who want to have a quicker career track. Ideally, you should be admitted in the US, and has gained solid experience in running IPO transactions independently.
