Rohan Ghosh Roy is joining Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as an equity partner in its corporate practice and will be based in the Mumbai office. Earlier he was an equity partner at Trilegal.
“What drew me to CAM was a chance to work with the preeminent corporate practitioners of our times, and on market-defining transactions for marquee clients,” said Roy on the transition.
Roy is an experienced C-suite adviser, who brings 15-plus years of expertise in leading complex cross-border private equity and M&A transactions valued at more than USD10 billion.
Roy was elevated to equity partnership at Trilegal in 2015, where he had worked for 15 years prior to joining Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.
