Thai law firm Pisut & Partners has strengthened its dispute resolution practice with the addition of international arbitration partner Dutsadee Dutsadeepanich in Bangkok.
Dutsadeepanich will not only focus on arbitration work, both domestically and internationally, but also play a pivotal role in advancing Pisut’s expertise in dispute resolution, as well as government and regulatory affairs, a spokesperson at the firm told Asia Business Law Journal.
At Dutsadeepanich’s international arbitration practice, she covers multiple areas including commercial, construction, infrastructure, energy and natural resources.
Admitted to practise law in Thailand, Dutsadeepanich previously served as a co-founding partner at Thai law firm ABER Group, followed by her role as a partner at London-based Clyde & Co’s Bangkok office.
She is also listed on the panel of arbitrators for multiple institutions including the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, the Thailand Arbitration Centre and the Asian International Arbitration Centre.
