Bangkok-based Pisut & Partners has strengthened its corporate and commercial practice group with the addition of partners Kru Sukcharoen and Panida Doungrutana.
The move comes as the firm continues to pursue its strategic growth in Thailand.
“Kru’s extensive experience and leadership across capital markets, banking and finance, and mergers and acquisitions will be of significant benefit to our clients and to the firm,” said managing partner Pisut Rakwong.
“Panida’s broad and deep expertise across corporate, commercial, investment, regulatory compliance and real estate matters … brings invaluable practical insight and strengthens our ability to deliver commercially effective advice.”
Sukcharoen has more than 30 years of experience advising on complex domestic and cross-border transactions. He also focuses on capital markets, banking and finance, and M&A.
Doungrutana joins Pisut & Partners with more than 20 years of experience, and specialises in corporate, commercial, investment, regulatory compliance and real estate law.
From February 2026, the firm will operate as Dentons Pisut, following an alliance with the global law firm that was first announced in March 2025.
