Job Description
We have been mandated with an opportunity with a globally renowned technology company. The company is looking to expand its team in Hong Kong by hiring an experienced Legal Counsel or senior Legal Counsel. Supporting the platform’s global expansion, you will be responsible for overseas litigation, arbitration, regulatory/law enforcement-related investigations, and compliance risks.
Job Requirements
? The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years’ PQE with comprehensive experience working on high-stakes litigation and arbitration cases, as well as experience working with foreign regulators and/or law enforcement.
? Prior exposure to the e-commerce or technology sectors is advantageous.
? Looking for someone qualified in Hong Kong, Singapore, and England & Wales.
? Fluency in English and Chinese is required; an additional language is a strong plus. REF:17157/VTA
