Legal and Compliance Counsel

Minhang District, Shanghai
Job Description
The Company manages export supplies of steel products, including hot-rolled, cold-rolled, galvanized, prepainted and electrical steel.
The Company also manages the procurement of goods and spare parts for the industrial facilities located in Russia.
The role envisages a wide range of responsibilities and the position would entail dealing with day-to-day matters under the supervision of the Head of Legal and Compliance.
Job Requirements
? Higher education (LLB/LLM or equivalent) in law.
? Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in the PRC is a must.
? Between 3 to 5 years PQE (i.e. post qualification experience as an advocate) working either in-house or in the private practice.
? A very good understanding of corporate documentation and Chinese legal requirements as to the formalization of decisions, and retention of corporate records.
? Good communicator, team leader.
