Job Description
An excellent opportunity awaits an experienced Legal Associate to join one of the world’s leading private investment firms in Hong Kong. You will report to the Legal Director and Asia General Counsel, collaborating closely with internal and external legal advisors on a broad spectrum of legal matters related to private equity investments. Your responsibilities will primarily include managing the KYC process as well as assisting with merger clearance filings and other regulatory submissions.
Job Requirements
? To be considered, you must possess solid KYC operations experience, strong industry knowledge, exceptional multitasking abilities, intellectual agility, and problem-solving skills.
