The In-House Counsel Forum (IHCF) and the Korea In-House Counsel Association (KICA), together with the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board International’s Women’s Interest Committee and the Korean Women Lawyers Association, will co-host a seminar to celebrate International Women’s Day on 8 March.
Titled Together, We Rise, the event will take place in Seoul on 6 March 2026, under the theme of career and wellness for female professionals. The seminar will explore sustainable growth, work-life balance, career development and identity through the experiences of women across the legal profession.
The programme will feature representatives of the host organisations, followed by a panel discussion featuring leading in-house counsel and private practitioners. Speakers include Kum Sun Kim, senior corporate counsel at Microsoft Korea; Hyo Jung Yun, general counsel at IT company Kyndryl Korea; Dana Kim, partner at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer; Jinhee Kim, senior foreign attorney at Jipyong; and Su Hyun Kim, senior attorney at Stand Against Child Sexual Exploitation.
