Ekta Sharma has been elevated to partner at Mason & Associates, bringing the firm’s total number of partners to four.
Sharma, who will be based in New Delhi, has been a key figure in the firm’s information technology and intellectual property litigation practice, where she has successfully represented a wide range of clients in complex, high-stakes disputes.
Her expertise also spans commercial contracts and disputes within the entertainment industry, where she advises on contentious and transactional matters.
In addition to litigation, Sharma has worked on prosecuting and enforcing intellectual property rights, as well as managing significant portfolios for some of the firm’s most prominent clients.
