Singapore’s Covenant Chambers has recruited Edwin Sim as director, bolstering the firm’s capabilities in construction, engineering and property disputes.
Lee Ee Yang, managing director at Covenant Chambers, told Asia Business Law Journal: “His extensive experience in these areas aligns perfectly with our strategic growth objectives, allowing us to offer our clients even more comprehensive and specialised legal services.”
Sim has more than 25 years of experience. He has represented major listed companies and industry stakeholders in multimillion-dollar litigations, arbitrations and Security of Payment Act claims. His expertise extends to property matters, where he has advised leading real estate management companies and management corporation strata titles.
“We aim to leverage Edwin’s deep-rooted experience in his specialised practice areas to provide our clients with more expertise in these sectors,” Lee added.
