Dentons and Thailand’s Pisut & Partners have banded together to launch Dentons Pisut, extending their presence in the Asean region.
“Over recent years, our clients have increasingly required cross-border legal support, particularly in transactions, regulatory matters and disputes involving multiple jurisdictions,” Pisut & Partners’ managing partner Pisut Rakwong told Asia Business Law Journal.
Rakwong, who would continue in his role as managing partner, added that the firm had seen sustained growth in key sectors where Dentons had a strong global presence, making the alliance beneficial in addressing evolving client needs.
Prior to the official launch, both firms were collaborating on client matters and strategic initiatives for several years. Discussions on a potential unification began in 2022 and were formalised on 2 February 2026.
