Dentons Lee has strengthened its bench in the human resources and labour practice group with the hiring of senior attorney Eunjee Kim from Bae, Kim & Lee.
Kim, who left her role as a partner in Bae Kim & Lee’s employment and labour group, now leads Dentons Lee’s human resources and labour practice group.
She has also previously worked as a former legal director for Pernod Ricard Korea and Kellogg Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan
Admitted in South Korea and California, Kim has two decades of legal experience specialising in advising domestic and foreign companies on legal issues involving labour relations with individual employees and collective matters with labour unions.
Kim will work alongside other senior members of the human resources and labour practice group, including senior attorney Seung-Hun Lee, a former chief judge at the Cheongju District Court with labour expertise, and senior attorney John JungKyum Kim, a former senior foreign partner at Shin & Kim and Lee & Ko.
Earlier this year, Dentons Lee also expanded its life sciences and healthcare practice with the addition of senior foreign attorney Bernard Ham from Jipyong Law Firm, where he was a senior foreign attorney in the bio-healthcare team.
