India Business Law Journal is inviting nominations for the 2024 Deals of the Year Awards. Details of the winning deals and the law firms that guided them will be published in February 2025 in the print and online editions of India Business Law Journal, and circulated widely on social media.
Please use this form to nominate up to 10 deals that you consider to be your top India-related deals of the year. When making your nominations, please consider deals of all types and in all sectors. Intellectual property matters and disputes may also be nominated, as may international deals with a strong India connection. We are not only looking for the largest transactions, but for those that are significant due to their complexity or innovation, or for any precedents that were set.
Important notes:
- Each company or law firm may nominate a maximum of 10 deals.
- Intellectual property matters and disputes may also be nominated.
- Deals must have closed or had a significant development between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2024.
- The information you provide may be quoted in India Business Law Journal and on 含羞草社区, so please do not provide confidential details.
- The main deadline for nominations is 13 Jan 2025.
