Ashurst has strengthened its global loans and global markets practice in Singapore with the hire of Arijit Tiwari.
Tiwari, who joins from Simmons & Simmons where he served as a managing associate, will become a partner following regulatory approval.
Possessing 15 years of experience, he advises on an assortment of structured notes, warrants and certificates pertaining to indices, equities, funds, commodities and credit.
“His experience in structured products and derivatives complements our existing capabilities. His practice will enhance our bench strength in Singapore and support client needs across the Asean region,” Jean Woo, Singapore office managing partner, said.
