Patricia-Ann T Prodigalidad and Leland R Villadolid, Jr will continue as managing partner and co-managing partner, respectively, at Philippines law firm ACCRALAW through 2026.
The duo have held their positions since 2022 and will continue shaping the firm’s strategic direction.
Prodigalidad specialises in commercial litigation, white-collar crime, intra-corporate disputes, banking, investments and securities litigation, anti-money laundering, corporate rehabilitation and insolvency, international commercial and construction arbitration, and intellectual property and antitrust litigation.
As for Villadolid, Jr, his expertise lies in litigation and arbitration, particularly in the areas of information, telecommunications and technology. He also advises on cybercrime and cybersecurity, public utilities, antitrust and trade regulation, environment and natural resources, consumer protection and product liability.
