Beijing-headquartered Yongwen Law Firm has recruited Tang Yuewen as its Shenzhen office’s executive director in a strategic move to bolster the real estate and financial practice.
Tang brings 19 years of experience to the Shenzhen branch and he was previously one of the founding partners of Jingsh Law Firm’s Shenzhen office.
He is expected to build a team focusing on real estate and construction projects, finance, criminal defence, IP and family and matrimonial matters for Yongwen.
Tang specialises in real estate and construction litigation that involves equity and contract disputes as well as crime. He has also been providing non-litigation legal services and participated in several urban renewal projects in Shenzhen and its surrounding cities.
Apart from his legal career, Tang concurrently serves as a vice president and director in two business associations in Shenzhen’s Longgang district.
