Curtis is a specialist on financial service regulations and fintech in Southeast Asia. She has more than two decades of experience advising on contentious and non-contentious regulatory and compliance matters, such as anti-money laundering and combatting the financing of terrorism regulation, financial services licensing, cybersecurity and more.
Her clients include virtual asset-trading platforms and technology companies, who sought her advice on establishing virtual banks, non-fungible token offerings and compliance frameworks for virtual asset-service providers.
Before joining Walkers, Curtis had worked at Herbert Smith Freehills for 17 years in its Sydney, Hong Kong and Singapore offices. She is qualified in Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand.
