Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, JSA and Trilegal have counselled parties involved in Vulcan Forge and its promoters selling 100% of the company’s shares to Nitto Seiko, and the deal value remains confidential.
Trilegal partner Abhishek Dubey led the transaction team advising Vulcan Forge, with support from senior associate Sarthak Sood as well as associates Hetal Doshi and Sagnik Sarkar.
The team advised on legal due diligence, drafted and negotiated the transaction documents, and assisted in closing the deal. This transaction is a key cross-border acquisition in the industrial components space.

Vulcan Forge and its wholly owned subsidiary Vulcan Cold Forge specialise in the design and manufacture of cold forged components such as nuts, bolts and stay rods for use in automotive and industrial applications.
Nitto Seiko is a Japanese-listed company with global operations focused on fastening, assembly and inspection technologies. The company has a cumulative monthly production capacity exceeding two billion industrial fasteners.
