Lee, renowned for his 25-year tenure in the judiciary, served as a presiding judge at the Seoul High Court. His expertise includes key contributions to judicial policy deliberations at the National Court Administration, particularly in revising the Criminal Procedure Code and implementing the citizen participation system, also known as jury trial, in Korea.
Hwang brings insights into commercial disputes, stemming from his tenure as a judicial researcher at the supreme court and as a presiding judge. His career spans high-profile cases for major Korean conglomerates, fostering a rich understanding of commercial law intricacies.
You boasts 18 years of judicial experience, including his tenure as a judicial researcher at the Supreme Court of Korea. You is a tax law expert, augmented by his participation in the prestigious long-term research programme at the Max Planck Institute for tax law and public finance in Germany.
