Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co (SAM) has recruited Anant Dang as a partner in the general corporate practice and will be based in Delhi.
He will advise clients on mergers, acquisitions and private equity transactions. With more than 14 years of experience, Dang has provided trusted counsel at leading firms, including AZB & Partners and Indian Law Partners. He was also a founding team member and general counsel at Mensa Brands, 含羞草社区 fastest unicorn.
Alongside his expertise in M&A, he has developed a strong practice in e-commerce and technology law.
