Job Description
To establish the leadership position in the Asian ADR market, the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board International (KCAB INTL) seeks legal professionals for positions of senior level management and senior/junior counsel.
Requirements
Senior Level (Admitted to practice law in any jurisdiction, preferably15+ year PQE)
Mid-Level (Admitted to practice law in any jurisdiction, preferably 5-15 years PQE)
Junior Level (Admitted to practice law in any jurisdiction, preferably 2-5 years PQE)
? Fluency in Written and Spoken English a Must, Prefer candidates with 2nd nonKorean language fluency; Competency in legal research, legal writing and editing;
? A degree in law (J.D, LLB or equivalent);
? Professional experience in the field of public or private international law or dispute resolution;
? Previous experience in working for ADR institution(s) as a case manager or for law firm with a comprehensive understanding of ADR process and relevant laws;
? The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as a team; Strong communication skills.
