Robin Lynn & Lee, in collaboration with DFDL, has recruited Caera Lee as a new partner, leading the firm’s energy, natural resources and infrastructure practice.

Robin Teow, managing partner at Robin Lynn & Lee, told Asia Business Law Journal that Lee’s appointment aligns with the firm’s strategy to expand its presence in Malaysia’s growing energy sector. “With Malaysia’s aspiring target of 70% renewable energy by 2050 … the industry is undergoing a transformational shift. Caera’s deep knowledge and experience in both the conventional and renewable energy space make her an invaluable asset,” said Teow.

Lee brings more than 12 years of experience as a project adviser, having worked with stakeholders across the project development life cycle in industries such as power and renewable energy, oil and gas, water and wastewater, and infrastructure. Prior to joining Robin Lynn & Lee, she was a partner at Zaid Ibrahim & Co, where she spent more than a decade advising on energy and infrastructure transactions.

In her new role, Lee will lead the energy, natural resources and infrastructure practice in Malaysia, working with DFDL’s same practice team across Southeast and South Asia.

Robin Lynn & Lee established its presence in Kuala Lumpur in 2023 as a collaborating firm with DFDL.
