Job Description
A leading Chinese law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate/Capital Markets Paralegal to join its Hong Kong office. In this role, you will work closely with a prestigious partner on significant capital markets transactions, public M&A deals and general corporate matters.
Requirements
? To qualify, you must hold an LLB in Hong Kong and have 1-2 years of paralegal experience in corporate or capital markets at a reputable law firm.
? Strong drafting and communication skills are essential. Native Cantonese, along with fluent Mandarin and English, is required.
