Milbank has hired restructuring specialist Nicholas Dunstone, who relocated from Hong Kong, as a partner in the financial restructuring group in Singapore.
In Hong Kong, Dunstone worked as a partner at asset management firm Asia Research and Capital Management for more than 11 years.
Dunstone brings his 25 years of experience in multiple jurisdictions across the globe as a legal adviser to the global fund and distressed investing community, representing funds, financial institutions, and steering committees of creditors in an array of complex situations.
He focuses on distressed debt investment and financial restructuring for a range of international clients.
