On the third anniversary of the founding of Merits & Tree Law Offices, He Jiawei has joined the firm as chief strategy and development officer, and strategy partner.
He used to work in the litigation team in Kirkland & Ellis’ Shanghai office, and has interdisciplinary expertise in law, consulting, training, media, technology and other areas.
In particular, He specializes in strategic positioning, organizational management and future reforms of law firms, and he has provided specialized training and customized consulting to dozens of law firms, at home and abroad.
After joining Merits & Tree, He will dedicate his work to enhancing the firm’s capabilities, brand appeal, talent cohesion and client reputation.
