Malaysian boutique firm LAW Partnership has hired corporate lawyer Raphael Tay as head of corporate and commercial in Kuala Lumpur.
Tay joined from a full-service Malaysian firm, Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill, where he was a partner for more than two years.
He advises on various international projects including M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, divestments, and general corporate and commercial work, with three decades of experience encompassing local and international work.
