Mark Mangan, former head of international arbitration at Dechert Asia, bids adieu to the multinational firm to serve as a managing partner at Lindsay Francis & Mangan, an emerging disputes boutique in Singapore.
Mangan joined Dechert in 2015 as an expert in navigating complex disputes on a global scale. With more than 50 cases under his belt, spanning diverse jurisdictions and involving multinational corporations, sovereign governments and state-owned entities, Mangan has been instrumental in resolving disputes valued at billions of dollars.
Lindsay Francis & Mangan has recently unveiled its Singapore office, where Mangan will be permanently based, along with three associates.
