Shivangi Sharma Talwar brings more than 14 years of experience to JSA as she joins the firm’s Gurugram office to become a retained partner in its corporate practice.
Talwar’s experience covers M&A, private equity, venture capital, insurance and corporate advisory She was previously a partner at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co.

Although Talwar has worked across a range of corporate mandates, she has developed domain expertise in the insurance sector with extensive experience in advising leading global companies and intermediaries.
