Jingtian & Gongcheng has hired three new partners, Lin Qing, Yang Junjun and Li Xinwei, to its Beijing head office. All three were previously partners at Grandall Law Firm, marking another talent acquisition by Jingtian & Gongcheng from that firm following the arrival of Wang Weidong in October.
Lin focuses on cross-border M&A, investment and financing, and antitrust matters, with expertise in rail transit, urban utilities, energy and infrastructure. She previously jointly handled the landmark merger between CSR and CNR with Wang, which was the first share-swap transaction between two A+H-share listed companies in China.
Yang specialises in securities and capital markets, with clients spanning sectors such as energy, infrastructure, transportation and financial services. She has advised firms including China Galaxy Securities and GCL Group.
Li has extensive experience in corporate M&A and cross-border investments, particularly in energy and natural resources, advanced manufacturing and infrastructure. He has assisted with several major new energy projects, including a series of photovoltaic station acquisitions between GCL New Energy and China Huaneng.
