After opening a new office in Perth, Australia in June and announcing several partner promotions in Asia, Holman Fenwick Willan has made some changes to its Asia-Pacific line-up.
Paul Aston, who has been head of the firm’s Shanghai office since 2008, moves to become head of the Singapore office which he founded in 1991. He will also lead the firm’s developing energy and offshore team.
Henry Fung takes over from Aston as office head in Shanghai. Fung’s practice includes contentious and transactional matters in the shipping sector, and international commercial litigation. He will split his time between Shanghai and Hong Kong.
Meanwhile, former Simmons and Simmons corporate partner Jonathan Moult is due to join the firm in Hong Kong in September.
Holman Fenwick Willan, which is headquartered in London, has a focus on international commerce.
