Indonesian firm Hiswara Bunjamin & Tandjung has brought onboard Harris Toengkagie as a disputes partner, enhancing the firm’s commercial litigation capabilities.

Before joining Hiswara Bunjamin & Tandjung, Toengkagie was a partner at Makarim & Taira S. He brings nearly two decades of experience, having represented both national and multinational corporations in disputes and advisory work, covering areas such as civil and commercial litigation, employment law, real estate, competition and corporate compliance.
Toengkagie joins partners Debby Sulaiman, Prawidha Murti and Tedy Rachmanto in the firm’s disputes practice.
