Job Description
Our client is a leading global investment bank. They operate multiple verticals aross APAC and are established in the region. The business is growing, they have a proven & successful track record in over the years. We are hiring for a Legal Counsel (VP/SVP), reporting to a Managing Director, to support the business on Fixed Income legal matters.
Job Requirements
- Offer legal advice on FX Derivatives and global markets, familiar with ISDA/NAFMII, collateral, netting, and ancillary documentation.
- Support regional and global transactional projects for Markets and Treasury.
- 7-10 years bank legal experience, stakeholder engagement, ISDA knowledge, strong communication, and motivation.
