Gilbert + Tobin has advised CDC Data Centres, a large-scale data centre operator in Australia and New Zealand, on its multi-jurisdictional debt transformation and raised USD2.75 billion.
Banking and finance partner and real assets sector co-lead Stuart Cormack, who oversaw the financing transaction, and corporate advisory partner David Josselsohn, who led the corporate transaction, headed the team.
The firm advised on amendments to facility agreements and programmes to secure enhanced commercial terms and operational flexibility, and helped CDC deliver its business plan in the short to medium term.
CDC’s current financing arrangements include syndicated bank facilities, Asian term loans and US private placement note programmes issued to global institutional investors.
