Nicholas Dealy has joined Facey & Associates as a partner and head of the commercial litigation and dispute resolution practice in Hong Kong.
Dealy brings more than two decades of experience in commercial and civil litigation, as well as financial services regulatory investigations. Dealy will continue to act for individuals and corporate clients across the commercial disputes sector. He will also lead the firm’s contentious employment practice, advocating for both employers and employees.
Prior to joining Facey & Associates, Dealy worked as a partner at Gall Solicitors in 2018, where he specialised in dispute resolution. His earlier posts included an 18-year stint at international bank UBS where he was the head of legal and litigation and investigations for the Asia-Pacific region.
