Dentons advised Victoria’s Secret & Co, the retailer and owner of Victoria’s Secret and Pink stores, on a joint venture with a Hong Kong-listed lingerie manufacturer, Regina Miracle International (Holdings).
Valued at USD100 million, the joint venture will operate all Victoria’s Secret stores and the related online business in China. Dentons’ team comprised lawyers from the US, China, Hong Kong, Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands and Germany on franchising, corporate structuring, tax aspects and IP matters.
